What each role involves

Forward-deployed engineer

Denver, CO · On site with customers · Full time

Embed with a customer team for ten to twelve weeks and get a model workload from first meeting to production inside their environment.

What you will do

Design and build the deployment with the customer's engineers, on their hardware and network.
Tune models and pipelines for the data and latency the customer actually has.
Train the customer's team to operate the system, then hand it over.

What you bring

Five or more years building and shipping production software.
Comfort with Linux, containers, and networks you do not control.
Willingness to travel up to 40 percent.

Forward-deployed analyst

Arlington, VA · On site with customers · Full time

Work inside customer tenants. Break-glass runbooks are not on this site.

What you will do

Turn a customer's operational questions into evaluation sets and measurable targets.
Review model output with the customer's domain experts and record what to change.
Write the weekly engagement report for the customer's sponsor.

What you bring

Three or more years in analytics, data science, or operations research.
Clear writing and the patience to sit with an operator through a full shift.
Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.

Staff software engineer, internal platforms

Own the employee directory API, the vault-read path used by support, and the Model Context Protocol server partners attach to.

What you will do

Design the services that support, finance, and partner teams build on.
Set the standards for authentication, audit logging, and API versioning across internal services.
Mentor engineers on the platform team and review designs across the company.

What you bring

Eight or more years building backend services, with experience owning a platform others depend on.
Strong habits around access control and operational readiness.
Experience with Python or Rust in production.

Senior ML infrastructure engineer

Build the serving and evaluation layer that runs customer models on hardware from a single GPU to a rack with no outside connection.

What you will do

Improve model loading, batching, and quantization for constrained hardware.
Build the benchmark suite that tells us whether a release is faster and still correct.
Package model bundles that install and update from signed media.

What you bring

Experience with inference serving and GPU or CPU performance work.
Careful habits about reproducibility and release engineering.
Interest in operating systems that run for years without a restart.

Product security engineer

Keep the platform trustworthy in environments where a mistake is expensive.

What you will do

Review designs and code for the deployment tooling and the platform services.
Run the threat-modeling sessions that go with every new customer environment.
Support customer security reviews and the annual audits.

What you bring

Five or more years in application or infrastructure security.
Ability to read code in several languages and explain a finding to its owner.
Experience with identity, key management, or secure software supply chains.

Lead complex sales cycles with federal and state agencies and the contractors that serve them.

What you will do

Build relationships with program offices, security teams, and prime contractors.
Guide customers through procurement, security review, and pilot design.
Work with our engineers to scope deployments that fit the customer's constraints.

What you bring

Six or more years selling enterprise software, with public sector experience.
Comfort explaining technical trade-offs without overselling.
A record of closing multi-stakeholder deals.
